Lifetime Subscribers are a unique benefit for Twitch Partners. We can grant Partners one free lifetime subscriber when they reach each of the following 3 tiers:
- 50 subscribers
- 250 subscribers
- 500 subscribers
The maximum amount of lifetime subscriptions we can grant to your channel is *three* at these tiers. This limit does not include channel bots, which are counted separately at two permanent bot subscriptions per channel.
Partners can also choose the sub level for the lifetime subscriptions they wish to grant to another user:
- Tier 1 Sub: $4.99
- Tier 2 Sub: $9.99
- Tier 3 Sub: $24.99
Once a lifetime subscription is granted, it is not possible to remove. That user will be subscribed to your channel indefinitely. The user will also not receive subscription notifications every month, though the loyalty badges will still reflect correctly.
To request a lifetime subscriber to your channel, please submit a request to Partner Help.
NOTE: We cannot grant lifetime subscriptions to accounts that are already subscribed to your channel. The account owners will need to set their subscriptions to "don't renew" and wait for sub benefits to expire. Gifted subs will also need to expire before we can grant a lifetime sub.
Partners may request up to 2 free permanent bot subscriptions for their channel. This will allow your bot to perform functions such as show off your channel’s emotes in chat.
Bots will automatically be granted Tier 3 ($24.99) subscriptions to your channel so they can access all of your channel’s emotes.
To request a bot be subscribed to your channel for free, please submit a request to Partner Help.
