Custom Emoticons and Expanded Chat Colors
Twitch Turbo members can set a chat color by toggling a set of 3 sliders. Members also can change basic emoticons from the standard robots to a cool set of purple glitch emotes. At time of purchase, you are presented with these options, and can change at any time by going to your Turbo settings.

Priority Customer Support
After you purchase Twitch Turbo, the welcome email explains how to contact support for priority service.
A: Twitch Prime includes the benefits of Turbo (see here for a full list of Prime benefits). However, Twitch Prime members do not get a Turbo banner on their subscriptions page. Instead, they get a Twitch Prime banner.
Q: Is Turbo going away?
A: First, some reassurance: we are not taking Turbo away from anyone. If you are a Turbo member, and you prefer to keep your Turbo subscription, you can. In regions where Twitch Prime is available (US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, and Spain), we will no longer take new Turbo subscriptions.
Q: If I have Turbo and Amazon Prime already, what happens?
A: If you already subscribe to both Turbo and Amazon Prime, you may want to consider canceling Turbo. All the benefits of Turbo are included in Twitch Prime which is included with your Amazon Prime subscription, except that the Turbo chat badge will be replaced with the Twitch Prime badge. You can cancel your Turbo subscription here, and you can go here to connect your Amazon and Twitch accounts and get started with Twitch Prime. If you already connected your accounts because you’ve purchased Bits, then you already have Twitch Prime.
Q: If I have Turbo, and I want to switch to Twitch Prime, do I need to cancel Turbo?
A: If you have Turbo and you want to switch to Twitch Prime, you should cancel Turbo so that you do not get charged for both. You can cancel Turbo here, but once you do, you will not be able to re-subscribe.
Q: If I bought an extended Turbo subscription, can I switch to Twitch Prime and get a refund on the Turbo subscription for time I did not use?
A: For a limited time, we will offer a refund on Turbo purchases if you already have subscribed to Turbo and purchased Twitch Prime as well. To request a Turbo refund, go here.
Q: For people in countries where Twitch Prime is not available, is Turbo still an option?
A: Yes. If you live in a country where Twitch Prime is not available, you may still subscribe to Turbo.
Q: If I have Turbo and Twitch Prime, which chat badge appears?
A: If there is insufficient room to show both the Twitch Prime and the Turbo badge, the Turbo badge will appear, otherwise both appear.
