Let us know!

The Twitch Partner Program is a group of the world's most popular video game broadcasters, personalities, leagues, teams, and tournaments. Over 1.7 million broadcasters live stream on the Twitch platform each month! Once a broadcaster joins the program, they can earn revenue from their streams through advertising revenue, the subscription program, and the Teespring program.

Partners receive a full range of perks including the ability to:

  • Generate additional revenue for your channel via monthly subscriptions
  • Create a custom subscriber-only badge for your channel
  • Create custom subscriber-only emotes that can be used site-wide
  • Lock the chat on your channel to be subscribers-only
  • Exclude subscribers from Slow Mode
  • Restrict access to your broadcast archives
  • Restrict access to video quality
  • Turn ad-viewing off or leave it on for your Subscribers

Please remember that this is only for partnered broadcasters.

If you are a current Partner and are NOT interested in the subscription program, you are not required to take part in the program. While the sub buttons work really well for some channels, it may not be in your best interest to have one on your channel.

All incoming Partners can choose whether or not they wish to take part in the subscription program when they join. If you change your mind later on, you can simply email at any time to get it changed.

Advertising Revenue
Partners have the ability to run commercials on their stream, and can choose how often they would like to run ads as well as how long the ads will last (between 30 and 180 seconds). For every 1000 advertisements served, the Partner will receive an industry-leading CPM. Learn more about CPMs here. Partners also have the ability to manage ads entirely.

Subscription Program
The subscription program allows viewers to support a channel by subscribing. For $4.99 USD per month, viewers can purchase a subscription to a specific channel, gaining access to an exclusive subscriber-only badge for that channel and custom subscriber-only emotes that can be used site-wide. Partners can also enable additional subscriber-only perks through their dashboards. To learn more, visit the Partner Settings Page guide, and the Partner Revenue Guide.

Teespring Program
Partners can create designs for merchandise and sell them through the Twitch Official Store. By connecting their Twitch accounts with Teespring, they are able to customize their merchandise campaigns to best suit their needs. To learn more, see the Twitch Partner Merchandise Store Guide.

Additional Partner Perks
Partners gain access to automatic transcoding, otherwise known as "quality options". Transcodes allow viewers to adjust the quality in which they view a broadcast for the best experience. While non-partnered channels receive transcodes depending on how much capacity is available, Partners are guaranteed transcodes for all of their broadcasts.

Partners also have access to a broadcast delay feature which allows them to delay their broadcast by up to 15 minutes to ensure fairness during competitive play. This delay feature can be accessed via the Dashboard.

Lastly, Partners get access to the priority Partner support queue, and may get access to front page promotion, early invitations to beta test upcoming features, and other exclusive benefits.
