If you are a US Partner, Vendor, or Affiliate: we're experiencing some delays in making 1099 tax forms available. If you have already downloaded your tax form, or if you received a paper form, please disregard the document and wait for a new form to be reissued. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will distribute forms by the end of February and will let you know when your 1099 is available. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
When will I get my Tax forms?
The 1099 tax forms will be available by the end of February.
What if I already downloaded my Tax forms or received them in the mail?
If you have already downloaded or received your tax form, we recommend you disregard the document(s) and delay filing until new 1099(s) are redistributed.
Will this delay make me miss the Tax submission deadline?
The delivery of 1099(s) will be made by end of February. The filing deadline to submit 2018 tax returns is Monday, April 15, 2019, for most US taxpayers. As always, please reach out to your tax professionals for additional tax advice.
I am a Non-US person, does this issue impact me?
No. Only US persons subject to 1099 reporting are impacted by this issue. For non-US persons, Forms 1042-S will be issued on or before March 15th, 2019.
Were my payments impacted at all by this?
This issue only impacted 1099 forms. Our payment systems were completely unaffected by this issue and we can assure you that there were no errors made in payments made or received.
