If you are a Twitch Partner, you have access to a priority support queue where you can ask for help regarding the Partnerships program, payment inquiries, subscriber-only features, and more. To contact Partner Help, please begin by heading to our contact page.
Once you are on the contact page, please ensure you log in to your Partnered account at the top of the page. If you are not logged into your Partnered account when submitting the form, your request will be routed to our general support inbox and not our priority inbox for partners. In such a case we may require additional information to assist you further.
If you are a Twitch Partner and are having issues accessing or logging in to your Twitch account, please submit a ticket at twitch.tv/help and make sure to enter your Twitch ID and select “logging into my account” as your issue. Please provide as many relevant details as possible to help expedite processing.
If you are not a Partner, please use the help form while logged in to your account. If you are having issues accessing your account please submit your request while not being logged in and provide as much information as possible.
