Notifications for viewers are important and sometimes you may just want to add that little extra character into your going live notifications. Whether it’s a meme or just a more personalized notification you are looking to send to your viewers; Go Live Notifications can do that!

To get started with sending a custom Go Live Notification simply head to your dashboard page. Once you are there you will find a field under the “Stream Information” panel named “Go Live Notification”.

We’ve given you 140 characters to play around with! Go Live Notifications are reviewed by Auto-Mod and won’t send if you enter anything you wouldn’t say to grandma.

You’ll also want to make sure that your Go Live Notification text is correct as you will only be able to send one Go Live Notification per broadcast. Once you go live the notification will be sent to all of your followers that have notifications enabled - your custom notification will also be visible in going live emails and push notifications.

Go Live notifications are limited to one per 4 hour broadcast session. You may resend another notification 4 hours after the last one and after restarting your broadcast.

If you are unable to report via any of the above processes, you may file a report on the channel directly by following instructions located in our article on how to file a user report.
