  • Q. Why does the Stats page show different numbers than the Classic Stats page?
    • A. Because the Classic Stats page uses third-party data processing, you might notice differences between the numbers you see on your Stats page. The Stats page uses our own data processing, which means it is more accurate.
  • Q. Where can I find Concurrent Viewer numbers?
    • A. You can find average and maximum concurrent viewers numbers on your Stats page, listed as Avg. Viewers and Max. Viewers, respectively.
  • Q. Why is the Max. Viewers number on my Stats page lower than what I saw while streaming?
    • A. This is likely because we are counting your viewers every 5 minutes. So, if your viewer count hits a higher number for less than 5 minutes, you might not see that reflected on your Stats page.
  • Q. Where can I find Concurrent Viewer numbers?
    • A. You can find average and maximum concurrent viewers numbers on your Stats page, listed as Avg. Viewers and Max. Viewers, respectively.
  • Q. Why doesn’t my stream start and end time match the times displayed in the chart?
    • A. Sometimes our systems can be off by a minute or two, so you might see start and end times that don’t match. This is something we’re working on improving.
  • Q. Why does my stream’s Peak Time fall between two points on the chart?
    • A. Because we collect data every five minutes, for longer streams, it’s not uncommon for the Peak Time to fall between two points on the chart.
  • Q. Why do I see different viewer numbers in the Video Player than on the Stats page?
    • A. On the Stats page, we collect viewer numbers every five minutes and average them to show you data as fast as we can. As a result, the numbers you see might differ from the actual numbers or numbers that you see somewhere else.
  • Q. Are affiliate program invites tied directly to numbers I see on my Stats page?
    • A. Nope. Even if there’s an issue with your Stats page, it won’t affect your eligibility. Once we’ve checked that you meet the requirements, we’ll email you an invite within two weeks - so keep it up!
