This article explains common reasons why you may not have received a response to an email or partner application sent in to Twitch.

If you did not receive an email from Twitch that you normally would receive, try this workaround:
Login and go to your Settings.
Change your email address and verify it.
Change back to your preferred email address and verify it.
Notifications should start coming in to your inbox once again.
However, if you still do not receive a response to your inquiries with Twitch, this could be due to email providers proactively blocking or filtering out emails. While there is no clear reason for when this occurs, most users seem to experience issues with the following providers: Yahoo, AOL Mail, and in rare cases, Hotmail/Outlook.
If you have applied for a Twitch partnership or have sent a support request email, it is highly recommended that you create or use an existing Gmail account, and use that as the return contact method in your applications and/or inquiries.
If you feel your email has been lost or filtered out by your provider, you may send an inquiry via the direct email method provided below. If possible, you will be forwarded the information that had been previously sent.
Feel free to send us an email via the direct contact form which can be found here.
