I want to stream, but all that I know how to do is stream directly through Black Ops 2, and it is a good 5 seconds behind live play.
I also have downloaded xsplit and it says it wont let me broadcast and i need to test bandwidth, and I did and it gave me the green light but it still does not let me broadcast me, while I am playing.

Also how do you transmit voices over twitch? When I watch my own stream I can only hear me talk, and not anyone else.
My main concern though is trying to broadcast with out doing it straight through black ops 2, and how do I do this?

To stream within black ops II follow this guide:

If you want to stream with xsplit, you need to add the game as a video source. The audio source needs to be your default audio device + a auxiliary audio device (usually a microphone). In my case, I set my logitech headset to be my system default audio playback device, and then select my logitech headset as the microphone. That means that any sound that I have playing through my headset or into my headset will be compatible with xsplit.

Hopefully that helps a bit,
