Non-partner Delay feature in Dashboard?

chriskys Jul 07, 2013 02:14AM PDT

Hello, I was curious if it was at all possible to get the delay feature in my dashboard as I am an aspiring Call of Duty Gamebattles player/streamer and, as you might know, the delay really comes in handy to prevent stream watching from the opposing team in the Search and Destroy game mode in particular. Thanks in advance for any help I can get on this and I hope I put this under the right topic... :-)

We currently do not offer delay for non partners due to the amount of processing power and resources it consumes. For more information on the partner program, the requirements, and how to apply, please visit and read: http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/topics/301854-partner-program/articles

Thanks for using Twitch! If you have 30 seconds, we would really appreciate if you could fill out a short survey on your customer support experience: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/5DCJ8DC

You don't have it enabled on your account Xxwickedspliffx. We have a normal amount of delay for live video to users, depending on their connection speed.

Is there anyway I can check my delay on my stream? Since I got 100mb/s down and 10mb/s up. And CBR is set to 3500. Thankful for answers.
